iSort has been co-designed with health and social care professionals to provide organisations and individuals training and working within these sectors with an accessible, research-informed diagnostic survey. The resources included help users understand, build and sustain resilience at the organisational, team and personal levels.

What are we trying to solve?

The Problem

Working in health and social care is rewarding yet can be stressful. Retention of highly skilled, motivated people is challenging and linked to work-related stress and burnout, resulting in sickness absence and high staff turnover.

The Solution

The iSort can be used to systematically identify and support the development of resilience at both an organisational and personal level supporting people to stay and stay well in their chosen careers.
